means "may the wishes of your heart be granted"

"Hiraya" is taken from an ancient Filipino word meaning "the fruit of one's hopes, dreams, and aspirations".

"Hiraya" is a depper form of "sana" hopefully while "Manawari" is matupad or mangyari

The Hiraya Manawari Partylist consists of hardworking, reliable, and compassionate leaders ready to listen and make you feel heard. We aim to give our fellow students a better school experience where they can have fun, be comfortable, and feel accepted. And so, say yes or yes because we will surely make you feel special.
